Compensation is not based on credit pull, 1003 completion, disclosure issuance, underwriting status, loan approval, loan closing, loan funding, loan amount, interest rate, lender revenue, or lender compensation.

How You Earn

A simple, compliance-conscious compensation structure

One approved front-end event

Approved partners may earn when an inquiry generated through an approved marketing channel becomes a verified, consented, non-duplicate borrower-intake submission.

Fixed fee structure

Partner fees are fixed in advance and disclosed in the partner agreement. Fees do not vary based on loan approval, disclosure issuance, underwriting status, closing, funding, loan amount, interest rate, or lender revenue.

Approved marketing only

Partners must use approved campaigns, approved copy, approved tracking links, and approved landing pages. LoanPath IQ may reject, hold, or reverse submissions for fraud, duplication, missing consent, invalid information, or non-compliant marketing activity.

What is the payable event?

The payable event is a verified, consented, non-duplicate borrower-intake submission accepted through an approved LoanPath IQ campaign. This is a front-end marketing and intake event. It is not a credit pull, 1003 completion, disclosure issuance, underwriting decision, approval, closing, funding, or loan amount-based event.

Closed-loan and lender-process data may be used for internal quality review and campaign optimization only, not partner compensation.

Partner compensation is intended to reflect the fair market value of approved marketing, advertising, traffic, and borrower-intake services actually performed, without considering the value of any potential mortgage transaction or referral.
