No. LoanPath IQ is a borrower-intake and marketing platform. A licensed mortgage professional handles loan advice and approvals.

Does submitting a form guarantee approval?+

No. Pre-qualification intake is informational. Loan approval and terms are determined by underwriting guidelines.

What's the difference between pre-qualification and approval?+

Pre-qualification is an early-stage informational step. Formal approval requires verified documentation, credit review, and underwriting by a licensed mortgage professional.

Marketing Partners

How does partner compensation work?+

Approved marketing partners may be compensated for approved marketing activity or verified front-end borrower-intake events. Compensation is never based on credit pull, 1003 completion, disclosure issuance, underwriting status, loan approval, loan closings, funded loans, loan amount, interest rate, lender revenue, or lender compensation.

Do I need approval before running campaigns?+

Yes. All partners must be approved and use only approved tracking links and creatives.

Where do inquiries come from?+

From LoanPath IQ owned pages and approved marketing partner channels. Every inquiry includes consent, source, and attribution.

Can I integrate with my CRM?+

Yes. We support export and webhook delivery.
